To Rishi and Bipro, with love ...

What is it about heartbreaks that binds friends together tighter than they have ever been before. It's when they see each other at the most broken and vulnerable places in their lives and learn to love each other ... for who they are and what they can be, for ALL they can be ...

It's what friends do for one another when the people who've left us don't ... it's a different kind of love through endless drunken hazes, acute moments of loneliness despite the crowd and noise that surrounds you. It's when we truly find ourselves once again and learn to love who we were, who we have become and who we will be ...

It's when you realise that we were meant for so much more and when the words 'catch you when you fall, hold you when you're down' make perfect sense ... we learn to take the hand offered to us silently and we don't let go ....

And one day a friend turns to you and says, "I'm in this moment today and I'm happy with you. That's all I care about. Love you for what you are and not what you've been through."

I love the part about drunken hazes... it's more like the combination of drink and sorrow forms bonds that cannot be broken... of course this is coming from me (being a big drunk) so I'm not sure what you can make of it...

I wish I'd had you here with me for the last year, nazim ... especially the nights the world fell asleep, leaving me alone with my most crazy thoughts and my deepest fears ...

"To Mayura, with love..."

'Catch you when you fall, hold you when you're down'

This is what it is about, when you say you're friends with someone, isn't it? It's just a great feeling, knowing someone's certainly going to be around, always...

And people who've left us weren't 'friends'. It's people who're always going to be there, that matter.

Yes, yes, call it a cliche, but I'll end with this, "I'll be there for you, 'coz you're for me too."

Love you, and yes, I am serious :-)

I think heartbreaks are probably the toughest ... especially at our age. What I find sad about heartbreaks is that you cannot control yourself... u know that there are bigger deals in life... and bigger problems... but u fixate on this because it totally screws up your head...

In that sense, honestly, I think friends are the key... not just during breakups but generally .... We've had so much fun together....

Cheers! Let's drink sometime ;)

Heartbreaks are tough and but for friends we would have lain there, shaken and broken. But when friends move on, we let them go, to a new life with newer people and newer sorrows and smiles and secrets.
Heartbreaks are tough and not all hearts break with a sound, and not all sounds are loud enough to be heard and when a heart breaks and no one hears, the soul dies.
You have been lucky with friends, bless me with your luck and bless me that I never need to use it. God bless you..
